As a native to Houston, I have watched the city grow and expand its boundaries far past where I could have imagined. This city is strong and resilient and I'm proud to call Houston my home. I currently live in Northwest Houston and concentrate my efforts on that part of the city.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. I have worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks in both the residential and commercial market. In my practice of real estate, I am known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction.

I am a family woman with a devotion to God, my husband of 23 years and my 3 sons. In my free time I love to watch my boys play soccer and be active outside: running, walking my dog, boating on Lake Livingston and entertaining family and friends.

Suzan Phenicie joins Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty this year and brings a wealth of experience, accomplishments, and knowledge with her. Suzan grew up in the Texas Real Estate business, her father was a local Houston broker and a huge influence on her career. Through the years, Suzan has learned one important factor, the industry is always changing and it is paramount remain flexible and informed.

Understanding the market is key when estimating the value of a home. As a previous Economics Instructor, she believes that educating and guiding a client through this process is of the utmost importance. This can only be done through listening carefully, building trust and understanding the current climate of Texas Real Estate. Suzan's goal in every transaction is to become the trusted advisor.

Creating value in the real estate industry and helping others is her passion. She invests time in teaching C.E courses for the state and previously taught licensing courses at Champions School of Real Estate. She is a certified International Specialist and has completed the Texas Realtors Leadership Program.

A few of Suzan's past endeavors include VP of Sales and Managing Broker, Trainer and Assistant Manager, Government and Economics Instructor for Houston Christian High School. She is currently on the HAR Global Affairs Committee and a past member of the HAR Political Affairs Committee.

Suzan's education includes a M.Ed. from Houston Baptist University, Post Graduate work at Texas A & M University, and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Houston main campus, a Broker's License and a Texas Teaching License. Currently, Suzan is working toward a Master of Legal Studies at Texas A & M School of Law.

I am a native Texan with roots in both Beaumont & Austin. I graduated from Texas State University where I studied Psychology, Dance & Business with the opportunity to be a part of the Strutter Dance Team & Delta Zeta Sorority. After college I was privileged to work as a drill team director in the midst of starting a family with my husband, Scott. We have 3 kids & 1 Goldendoodle. I started my real estate career in 2005, and I love to serve my clients during the home-buying & selling process. There are many choices and opinions coming at the home buyer that can be stressful. Being an easygoing yet decisive person who is focused on what is best for my client, my goal is to make this process enjoyable. I love to help people, this is what makes real estate exciting to me. My years as a realtor, have taught me valuable lessons about this industry. After studying real estate and business in college, Tammi initially worked for a large institutional lender as a property & leasing manager overseeing a portfolio of mid-rise office buildings, retail strip centers and industrial facilities. She then joined a national retailer as their Director of Real Estate, Store Services & Construction overseeing all of their real estate holdings, with specific expertise in strategic planning through market analysis, site selection and financial structuring for new stores. Most recently she managed an escrow office for Stewart Title providing comprehensive closing services while personally facilitating transactions ranging from $2 to $45 million for various types of properties including residential, acreage, ranch properties, multi-family complexes and office facilities. Her diversified and extensive background in the real estate industry, coupled with a philosophy that customer service is simply a genuine desire to exceed a client's expectations, Tammi provides a solid foundation of experience, integrity and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction.

Ginger Hurley is a lifelong Houstonian and graduate of Texas A&M University. Ginger was a All American athlete who's first career included Head Coach for The University of Houston Swimming & Diving Team. In 2003 she transitioned into real estate and has never looked back.
