Since 2004 I have helped hundreds of people buy, sell and lease residential homes throughout the Greater Houston area. My background covers many challenges that can be the reason someone is buying or selling a home. Some of these areas of expertise include: selling your home through a divorce, estate sales, homes in trust, IRA, 1031 Tax Exchange, new construction, land sales, townhomes / condos, rural properties & much more. I have completed thousands of online market analysis (home valuations) for buyers & sellers & have literally been in tens of thousands of homes over the last 17 years. Rhonda is a native Houstonian with 20 years of real estate experience. She strives to provide personalized customer service to all her clients. She understands that buying and selling homes can be very emotional and confusing. She concentrates on educating the buyer and seller throughout the process and feels that attention to detail and accessibility to answer any questions is key to successful transactions.

Rhonda graduated from The University of Houston with a Masters of Business Administration and also received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a proud Longhorn and Kappa Delta alumni. She also graduated from local Jersey Village High School. Prior to a career in Real Estate, she worked at Arthur Andersen and Hewlett Packard as a Financial Analyst.


In addition to being a busy mother of two daughters, Rhonda also enjoys reading and traveling. Above all, she strives for her work to honor God.

Theresa was born and raised in Texas. She attended college at Texas State University where she earned the first International Students Award and was President of the Asian Student Association. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at the University of Houston Downtown where she also earned a Certificate of Entrepreneurship.

For over a decade, she was a corporate Channel Sales Manager and helped facilitate the growth of a small business into a multi-million-dollar company.

She has experience developing partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and strong negotiating skills.

Her talents landed her on the 2021 Number One Top Producing Team within the brokerage, 2021 Rookie of the Year, 2021 Number One Top Producing Commercial Agent, and recipient of the Jade Club Award based on production.

Suzan Phenicie joins Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty this year and brings a wealth of experience, accomplishments, and knowledge with her. Suzan grew up in the Texas Real Estate business, her father was a local Houston broker and a huge influence on her career. Through the years, Suzan has learned one important factor, the industry is always changing and it is paramount remain flexible and informed.

Understanding the market is key when estimating the value of a home. As a previous Economics Instructor, she believes that educating and guiding a client through this process is of the utmost importance. This can only be done through listening carefully, building trust and understanding the current climate of Texas Real Estate. Suzan's goal in every transaction is to become the trusted advisor.

Creating value in the real estate industry and helping others is her passion. She invests time in teaching C.E courses for the state and previously taught licensing courses at Champions School of Real Estate. She is a certified International Specialist and has completed the Texas Realtors Leadership Program.

Suzan's education includes a M.Ed. from Houston Baptist University, Post Graduate work at Texas A & M University, and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Houston main campus, a Broker's License and a Texas Teaching License. Currently, Suzan is working toward a Master of Legal Studies at Texas A & M School of Law.
