Prior to launching his real estate career, Scott worked as an Account Manager and Consultant for twenty plus years in the Oil & Gas industry where he honed his skills negotiating pricing, creating workflow plans for deliverables, and then managing Project Teams to ensure client satisfaction. Scott says, Even though I am a new agent, my many years of experience have prepared me well for a career as a realtor. I am committed to working for my clients through the entire process of buying or selling a home. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He likes hunting, fishing, playing golf and mostly cheering on his kids in their sporting activities. Scott is passionate about giving back to his community. He currently serves as a Parent Representative for the Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District's FFA Program, and he previously served for two years as President of the Cypress Ridge High School Athletic Booster Club. Joyce is a native of Houston, Texas, and a graduate of Crosby High School and Champion School of Real Estate. After working as a corporate accountant in the energy field for 20 years, she began her career in real estate in 1997, first as an accountant and office manager with a commercial real estate firm, then as full time real estate agent. With extensive personal connections in the community, and having lived here her entire life; this has enable her to effect real estate transactions that are mutually satisfactory for both buyer and seller. She always includes her personal, honest, caring touch for which she is well known, while keeping her goal to make a difference in peoples lives. Joyce has spent time in Africa, Mexico and Peru doing mission work. She and her husband have a very full personal life, with family and service to community and church. She finds fulfillment in meeting the needs of her family and community while keeping her faith in God as her top piority.
