David has been a top producer in several brokerages and recently worked in a broker support role helping agents with their contracts, negotiation questions and business. This along with his continued passion for education keeps him familiar with real estate trends in Houston and surrounding areas.

David also brings a wealth of experience to his real estate clients through his many years in the construction industry and as a loan officer just prior to becoming a Realtor. He also owned and operated an independent courier business. With his experience in these fields, David is very familiar with many parts of Houston. His interaction with many people has honed his ability to listen, understand and solve problems for his clients.

Theresa was born and raised in Texas. She attended college at Texas State University where she earned the first International Students Award and was President of the Asian Student Association. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at the University of Houston Downtown where she also earned a Certificate of Entrepreneurship.

For over a decade, she was a corporate Channel Sales Manager and helped facilitate the growth of a small business into a multi-million-dollar company.

She has experience developing partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and strong negotiating skills.

Her talents landed her on the 2021 Number One Top Producing Team within the brokerage, 2021 Rookie of the Year, 2021 Number One Top Producing Commercial Agent, and recipient of the Jade Club Award based on production.

As a small town girl from Montgomery, Texas I began my adventure as a Realtor in 2004.
