Passionate, involved, and proven Heidi Hancock is a true Houston local eager to walk with buyers, sellers, and investors in the northwest Houston real estate market. After a seasoned career in education, Heidi decided it was time to reinvent herself and pursue her dream of guiding clients in the most important investment of their lives. Heidi says, I chose real estate because it will allow me to interact with and help people, both peers and clients alike. Prior to launching her real estate career, Heidi taught preschool science for almost fifteen years. With a degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M at Galveston, Heidi's varied career experience includes working as a student underwater videographer at the Neutral Buoyancy Lab at NASA and dolphin trainer in Cancun, Mexico. Heidi says, I believe the diverse jobs that I have held and the interactions with many different people and cultures have given me many skills that will help me in my real estate career. I love talking to people, and I feel accomplished when I am able to help anyone. As a mother of two children, Heidi has been involved in several PTOs throughout the years. She served in organizing school fundraisers for a decade and also ran her neighborhood swim team as the Team Rep for three years and another seven on the swim board. Heidi says, As a family, we love to travel. All four of us are SCUBA divers, so we often find ourselves taking trips to Roatan, Jamaica, Cancun, Cabo, Cozumel and so many other tropical places. A native Houstonian who has lived in the northwest Houston, Cypress and Copperfield area for over 20 years, she focuses on neighborhoods in and around the northwest areas of Houston but is quite comfortable showing and selling throughout her hometown. Fluent in Spanish, she enjoys working with international clients as well.

Married, with two children and three dogs, Carmen says hers is a very active family very involved in outdoor activities revolving around the children, including swimming at the pool, beach, water parks, baseball. They also like to support community events and attend festivals in surrounding areas. Carmen herself enjoys volunteering at the children's school and serving at her church.
