Suzan Phenicie joins Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty this year and brings a wealth of experience, accomplishments, and knowledge with her. Suzan grew up in the Texas Real Estate business, her father was a local Houston broker and a huge influence on her career. Through the years, Suzan has learned one important factor, the industry is always changing and it is paramount remain flexible and informed.

Understanding the market is key when estimating the value of a home. As a previous Economics Instructor, she believes that educating and guiding a client through this process is of the utmost importance. This can only be done through listening carefully, building trust and understanding the current climate of Texas Real Estate. Suzan's goal in every transaction is to become the trusted advisor.

Creating value in the real estate industry and helping others is her passion. She invests time in teaching C.E courses for the state and previously taught licensing courses at Champions School of Real Estate. She is a certified International Specialist and has completed the Texas Realtors Leadership Program.

A few of Suzan's past endeavors include VP of Sales and Managing Broker, Trainer and Assistant Manager, Government and Economics Instructor for Houston Christian High School. She is currently on the HAR Global Affairs Committee and a past member of the HAR Political Affairs Committee.

Suzan's education includes a M.Ed. from Houston Baptist University, Post Graduate work at Texas A & M University, and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Houston main campus, a Broker's License and a Texas Teaching License. Currently, Suzan is working toward a Master of Legal Studies at Texas A & M School of Law.

He is a retired 16 year Houston on-air personality with 104.1 KRBE morning show, ESPN radio 97.5 and 89.3 KSBJ radio. Growing up in Memorial, he was introduced at a very early age to the value of participating in non-profit organizations. His grandfather, Jack Holloway, was one of the founders for the non-profit Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association. He has a passion for helping people evidenced by an impressive statistic of assisting in raising over 5 million dollars for Non-Profit organizations since 2012 and partnering with 50 non-profits locally and nationally in 2017 in fundraising. He is the Vice-Chairman and a member of the 290 HAR board.

Johnny, a licensed auctioneer, has been a recording artist, a business owner, and award-winning radio personality. All of these experiences have empowered his career as a realtor. Tammy is a passionate real estate agent who obtained her license at 18 and has held it for 22 years. She fulfilled her dream of becoming a business owner before following her heart back to real estate. Tammy and her husband have five children, and she is passionate about faith, family, and volunteering. I am a native Texan with roots in both Beaumont & Austin. I graduated from Texas State University where I studied Psychology, Dance & Business with the opportunity to be a part of the Strutter Dance Team & Delta Zeta Sorority. After college I was privileged to work as a drill team director in the midst of starting a family with my husband, Scott. We have 3 kids & 1 Goldendoodle. I started my real estate career in 2005, and I love to serve my clients during the home-buying & selling process. There are many choices and opinions coming at the home buyer that can be stressful. Being an easygoing yet decisive person who is focused on what is best for my client, my goal is to make this process enjoyable. I love to help people, this is what makes real estate exciting to me. My years as a realtor, have taught me valuable lessons about this industry. Most importantly, no real estate deal is ever the same….While I have methods and standards that make each transaction flow more smoothly, there is no formula that guarantees perfection. Being able to calmly and decisively work through issues that arise is key & this is something I do very well! My challenge to myself is to be set apart as a Realtor.
