Randy Connell brings 28 years of business experience with him into his real estate career. Randy was in the retail industry where he spent a majority of his time in an executive management role. He has experience in multi-unit management as well as retail site selection and investment real estate. He is known for his strong ethics, trustworthiness, problem solving, and people skills. Randy’s extensive background in the customer service industry gives him the ability to work through all types of situations and he always puts his clients first. He has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University, and specializes in general commercial real estate. His wife Jaime Connell is also a realtor specializing in residential sales.

I am a retired military professional that has served over 25 years in the United States Army. During my military career, I have traveled to numerous countries around the world, experienced different cultures, and had the pleasure of working with some of the most amazing people imaginable. Hattie offers 11 years Real Estate experience with a Sales and Marketing background and a Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, New Home Construction Specialist and Experienced Listing Agent. She became involved with her family Real Estate business in 2009 and purchased her first property. In 2013 she began managing long term rental properties. In 2016, Hattie moved to Houston from the UK. She has helped many people buy, sell and lease in the Houston area. She is experienced and knowledgeable and passionate about helping people build wealth through Real Estate. Hattie uses effective questioning to truly understand her Clients' needs and provide relevant options. Hattie became licensed in the great State of Texas in 2019. As an Expat, she understands the challenges of moving overseas so is a great match for relocators as well as first time home buyers. Hattie absolutely loves our thriving City of Houston - her areas of speciality are Cypress, The Woodlands/Spring & The Heights - as she has lived in each of these neighborhoods, although she is quick to gain knowledge and happy to assist in other areas.
