A native Houstonian, Maggie was raised in Pearland, attended Pearland High School, and graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville. Maggie and her husband live in the Cypress area where she volunteers for her children’s school activities as often as possible. When not working, she and her family enjoy “anything outdoors.”

Catherine was raised in New Orleans, LA but moved to Cypress, TX and instantly fell in love with the area and people. Since then she has establishing a strong connection with the community, and is proud to call Cypress home. Her passion for real estate is apparent through her dedication and strong work ethic. She strives to make every transaction effortless and stress free for her clients.

After graduating from the University of Houston, Shea went on to specialize in a high end Interior Design Business which included running her own sales team both privately & commercially and in the corporate world, before transitioning into Real Estate full time.
