I am a Full time Realtor since 1987. I started to work as a realtor under FAC'S Realty and have graduated to Re/Max. I have been with Re/Max for over 30 years. I have gotten the highest price for my listing in 6 separate neighborhoods. I understand my clients needs and am a good listener and will try and get you the best possible price for your home and if purchasing a new home the best price on it. My buyers have gotten the bid on multiple homes where other contracts where being considered. This is due to my 30 years of experience, You can not buy what my experience has taught me. After serving in the military for 4 years, I further pursue my education and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business at the University of Houston. My degree in business coupled with my passion to care for children, I opened up my own business in Childcare industry. Thru hard work, dedication and perseverance, me and my business partner/husband grow the business and have branched out on another location. My interest in real estate started from the time we were looking for the daycare locations. I have always been hands on and involved the entire time. It was then I discovered my fascination in real state. After years of watching real state TVs, attending seminars and growing passion in the Real Estate, I decided to get my license. Being new in this industry, I don't have much reference to showcase. But having been a meticulous real state buyer and have been into countless negotiations myself, I have a great understanding of how it is to be. Passionate, involved, and proven Heidi Hancock is a true Houston local eager to walk with buyers, sellers, and investors in the northwest Houston real estate market. After a seasoned career in education, Heidi decided it was time to reinvent herself and pursue her dream of guiding clients in the most important investment of their lives. Heidi says, I chose real estate because it will allow me to interact with and help people, both peers and clients alike. Prior to launching her real estate career, Heidi taught preschool science for almost fifteen years. With a degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M at Galveston, Heidi's varied career experience includes working as a student underwater videographer at the Neutral Buoyancy Lab at NASA and dolphin trainer in Cancun, Mexico. She served in organizing school fundraisers for a decade and also ran her neighborhood swim team as the Team Rep for three years and another seven on the swim board. Heidi says, As a family, we love to travel. All four of us are SCUBA divers, so we often find ourselves taking trips to Roatan, Jamaica, Cancun, Cabo, Cozumel and so many other tropical places. Heather is a licensed REALTOR® and alumni of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in business management. Upon graduation, she worked as a contract auditor for the federal government in Washington, D.C.- giving her a solid background in contract work. After relocating due to her husband's military assignment with the Marines, she began her career in real estate in San Diego, CA in 2011. A few years later, her family was relocated to Texas where she continues her work in real estate.

She specializes in real estate in the Houston and Cypress, TX area where she loves to call home. She has experience with buying/selling and assisting with the pricing of over 250 homes.
