Part of the international luxury real estate association, she specializes in the sale and listing of single family luxury homes in the Houston area. An expert in real estate contracts and negotiations, Tonia has sold over 700 homes in the Houston area. A graduate of Cy-Fair High School (BFND), she makes her home in the Cypress area. Married since 2009, her husband is employed in the international and domestic oil & gas industry, and she is the proud mother of two daughters. After retiring from over 36 years of teaching throughout Houston, I wanted to utilize my skills of communication, organization and tenacity to help others in a new way. So I chose real estate!


As a constant learner, I pursue training and continuing education to stay up-to-date on the ever-changing real estate industry so I can better serve my clients, community and my team.





I have been married to my best friend for over 30 years, and we raised 2 wonderful children in Pearland, Clear Lake and Seabrook areas. I love to volunteer and give back to various organizations in the community including: UBC vacation Bible school, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Kim's Furever Homes and Adoptions, and Ranger's Reach.
