She is a licensed agent, and with her 10-year background in Human Resources and 3 years in Property Management this enables her to interact with clients in a professional, yet congenial manner. Karen, a native Houstonian and her family have lived in Cypress since 1995 and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband of over 30 years, dreaming of interior decorating and reading. She has two grown children, Ashley, an escrow officer in the Houston and Mason, a Project Manager at a commercial construction company in Houston.

I live in the Katy area and have expertise knowledge in all of the greater Houston, Katy, Fulshear, Richmond & Sugar Land surrounding areas. Natalie moved to Houston when she was 8 years old and has lived and worked across most of the west side. Though a current resident of Cypress, Natalie is also knowledgeable with neighborhoods in Sugar Land, Katy, Energy Corridor, Tomball, and The Woodlands. She received her BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and spent the next 8 years pursuing a career in the oil and gas industry.

Growing up around blueprints and construction sites, Natalie developed an interest in real estate from an early age. In 2019, Natalie decided to leave the corporate world and explore her lifelong passion and has never looked back. Her business and accounting background provide her the unique ability to see transactions from a 360-degree point of view. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, and her follow up skills exceptional. When she's not in the office, you can often find Natalie touring model homes. She's never been able to kick the bug of being around new construction and would LOVE to assist you with a new build!

Natalie met her husband Bobby in third grade, and they've been married since 2013. She is an avid reader and enjoys traveling, cooking (her peach scones will knock your socks off), swimming, and cheering on her Aggies and Astros!

My name is Wil Logan, I am a seasoned professional in commercial real estate with a strong educational background in finance and business. Growing up in a family of realtors, I developed a deep passion for real estate early on.

As a former Senior Leasing Agent for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), I managed and negotiated leases for a diverse portfolio of properties, which consisted of 1.8 million square feet, gaining a comprehensive understanding of market trends and property management.

Now expanding into development, I bring fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to projects. Committed to excellence, I leverage extensive industry knowledge and strategic insight to deliver exceptional service and results for clients.

As a daughter in a Naval family that moved many times, Colleen Hawkins can totally relate to families and individuals relocating from other locales, whether from coast to coast, state to state, city to city, or just across town. In fact, Colleen has lived in California, Florida, Hawaii, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and now Texas (where her most recent move was one of only about 22 miles, from Katy to Cypress). So, she has experienced firsthand the challenges and dilemmas that families encounter – simple details that loom very large with both big moves and small ones – like housing requirements, neighborhood amenities, schools, shopping, available sports and more.

Added to that, Colleen and her husband have renovated every home that they have lived in, learning much about construction. In the past, they have also been involved in real estate investment, acquiring and rehabilitating properties while absorbing a great deal about the processes involved. This wealth of experience makes Colleen an excellent advocate for buyers as well as sellers.

Willing to spend whatever time it takes to get them into the home of their dreams, Colleen is good at listening to people, managing details and is a good communicator. She is patient and doesn’t stress easily when others around her are. She takes her profession seriously, continuously honing her expertise so that she can give clients the best and most complete information possible and allows them to make informed decisions.

Before beginning her career in real estate in 2014, Colleen was a Manager and Program Developer for hospital-based wellness centers for 30 years, focused on providing great customer service. She assisted individuals with problem solving, helped them define their problem or goal and set up active strategies to reach those goals. In the process, she developed good communication and time management skills and has considerable experience working with the public and other professionals. As a result, she is very confident.

With a BS in Social Work and an MS in Exercise Physiology, Colleen and husband, Jim, have been married since 1977. They have two married children and four grandchildren.
