Summer Patton brought to the team a background in the real estate title industry. She now has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor (originally doing her business in David's name) and two decades in real estate. She is a certified stager and has a Luxury Realtor designation along with years of selling properties valued over a million dollars. A graduate of Texas A&M, she enjoys owning a horse, and being an equestrian for over 30 years. One of her specialties is selling horse properties. Summer supports the American Heart Association (Circle of Red, Past Co-Chair), Centrum Arts League (Past Gala Chair), Frank PTO, United States Eventing Association, and is a graduate of Leadership North Houston.

Part of the international luxury real estate association, she specializes in the sale and listing of single family luxury homes in the Houston area. An expert in real estate contracts and negotiations, Tonia has sold over 700 homes in the Houston area. A graduate of Cy-Fair High School (BFND), she makes her home in the Cypress area.
