I'm also a loving wife and mother of one gorgeous daughter and two furry four-legged rescue dogs. Although it's been several years since my appearance on Good Morning America, you may recognize me as a finalist in Emeril Lagasse's recipe contest with my Texican Burger. Even though I was born in Brazil, I consider myself a native Houstonian. As the saying goes I got here as fast as I could! My family moved to Houston when I was just three years old and I grew up on "the north side." Later I studied both music and English at Rice University and I lived and worked in the medical center area. I've worked as both a technical and marketing writer, but I've also taught piano and voice lessons in Cypress where I've lived for over twenty-five years. I am currently the advertising director and contributing editor for Pen World magazine. My creative background makes me a uniquely qualified sales specialist. I love to entertain, I have an eye for design, and I am very detail oriented, but perhaps more importantly, I am a great listener. Brianna is on the board of the Sampson Elementary Parent Teacher Organization, an active leader in her daughter's Girl Scout troop, and serves as a head cheerleading coach for the Cy-Fair Sports Association.
