Ashley holds a degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas. Before joining real estate, she worked in the healthcare industry and in business development.

Kim Phillips is a seasoned real estate professional who understands every aspect of the buying and selling process. She spent the first part of her career in many different industries including Continental Airlines, but always dreamed of pursuing her true passion, real estate. She is genuinely concerned about her clients, their children, their pets, their "everything" which is why she feels her most valuable asset is that she embraces the motto, "I Care." Kim is aware that a home purchase for most people can be a deeply emotional and stressful experience. She uses a deft hand of comfort and experience to guide her clients every step of the process from the search, negotiation and contract to closing. Kim states, "I make myself available to my buyers and sellers 24/7. If they need me at midnight on a Sunday, I answer my telephone and help however I can. Believe me….it has happened." Kim spends considerable time and effort in gathering pertinent information when she is assisting buyers. She incorporates keen listening skills and utilizes a detailed check list of priorities which enables her to choose prospective homes that will best suit the buyer's needs. Kim's sellers appreciate her advice, honesty and treating their home as if it were her own. She does everything possible to yield the highest price by assisting in properly pricing the home through presenting CMA's and recently sold properties in the area. Effective marketing is a must and she provides brochures and all other applicable methods to enhance the exposure of the home. She is hands-on making certain the prospective purchaser is a strong buyer and fully qualified. Once a home is under contract, she serves as the "Project Manager" for the transaction keeping everyone totally informed until closing.

Martha is a Texas native and a realtor based out of Cypress-Fairbanks. Her passion in real estate, begun while she started working as an admin for real estate companies in 2012. She loves helping people realize their dream home. She has also worked as a Spanish interpreter. In that role, she was sensitized to different cultures of Latin America. As a Hispanic American who is now married to an Indian, gives her a unique perspective of the value of diversity in American society which has enriched Houston and America.
