In a small town real estate market, I work with all aspects of the real estate industry. Everything from commercial and residential sales to assisting economic development with recruiting and finding lease space for new retail businesses and restaurants to the area. I also personally invest in rental properties, home construction/re-construction, and development.

Wes Sheets joined The Heyl Group in 2024 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise with him. I have been a Real Estate Agent since 2003, after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and later a Masters in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. Before joining The Heyl Group, I focused on multi-family sales throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana [and the Midwest region in general] as well as residential real estate sales on the Texas Gulf Coast. I am in tune with current market conditions in the area and what drives value for clients, and I take great pride in providing clients with candid feedback. Through professional marketing, the use of the latest technology, and expert market knowledge I am able to help our clients achieve their real estate goals. In my spare time you might find me playing golf, attending sporting events, traveling, or fishing. And most importantly spending time with my wife and friends.

Cheryl Knight has been a resident of Sargent for 36 years. She started her real estate career in 2004 with Gulf Coast Star Realty. She has two sons, John Allen Taylor and Michael Taylor. John is employed by UPS and Michael is a member of the U.S. Coast Guard. Her father is the late Joe C. Knight who was Justice of the Peace in Sargent for 19 years. She has worked with the Sargent Fire Department as an EMT and the Sargent Share Your Christmas, a charity started by her father. She continues to raise beef cattle. Cheryl is working in Full Stringer's Sargent office with Daphne Carlsen. Come by the Full Stringer Realty office at 24300 FM 457 at the Sargent Business Center and say hello to a couple of old friends or make some new ones.

Melinda is a full time agent with Bay City Realty in Bay City, Tx. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and the Matagorda Board of Realtors and she currently serves as the Board Secretary. Melinda grew up in the Bay City area most of her life. She is very diligent in helping with all aspects of the real estate transaction, seeing it from start to finish. She loves to fish and hunt in her spare time relaxing in the great outdoors.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a legal assistant. This position groomed me to pay close attention to details, within transactions as well as my clients needs . Jennifer, born and raised in Bay City, Texas, attended Texas A&M University, received a degree in Management, and went straight to work in Houston, TX. After gaining some experience, she moved back home to Bay City to join the family business. One fateful day she met the love of her life, Ron, and eventually, they moved to Corpus Christi, TX. But her longing to be near her Bay City family eventually led them to settle there. Jennifer's deep appreciation for home and family drives her ability to comprehend her clients' needs.
