Shanon Brown was born and raised in Brazoria County and moved to Fort Bend in 2016. Over the years, she has built many relationships and has come to know the areas well. Shanon has a passion for helping people. In 2004, she helped create JTC Foundation. JTC is a 501 (c)(3) charity that has been helping kids for 15 years who have lost a parent (or caregiver). Shanon is a graduate of U of H Clear Lake where she received her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Shanon is bringing her experience as an educator to the real estate industry. Previously, she taught in both Brazoria and Fort Bend Counties. A fourth-generation Texan, Misty Malone grew up in Friendswood and has lived in Galveston, Harris and Fort Bend County. “Real estate demands skillful marketing, planning, communication, negotiation, and financial expertise,” says Misty. “It is my desire to bring ‘added value’ in related aspects of the transaction. My previous business experience allows me to effectively manage each real estate transaction to produce optimal results.”

She is a Certified Facility Manager through International Facilities Management Association and received Local, State and National TOBY Awards (The Office Building of the Year Award) from Building Owners and Management Association International.

Her career has included commercial real estate leasing, construction, development and project management with Trammell Crow Company and American National Insurance Company. Misty was also a corporate facility manager for Koch Industries and the vice president of Rosecrans Interests, Ltd. “Managing any real estate transaction requires everyone to work as a team to achieve common goals and exceed expectations. My business approach is based on a dedicated sense of stewardship for each and every client.
