I also do open houses to allow for realtors and buyers to see the home at once. I will also perform a FREE MARKET ANALYSIS to determine the value of your home. I always tell my clients that I take it very personal if my clients home is on the market for a long time. Therefore I will price it right the first time and be very creative and aggressive in moving your property.
