George began practicing Real Estate in 2003 where he gained his start through building a private portfolio of real estate investments. His success led him to serve as a Focus Group leader in the largest Real Estate Investment club of Houston, the RICH Club. Motivated primarily by his great love of Real Estate he began working full-time as a licensed Realtor for Realty Associates and pursued a certification in expert negotiations until he was recruited to the luxury market by Lisa Barnes Properties. In 2013, together with his wife and partner Suzanna Chiriboga, they decided to open their own Real Estate brokerage, Chiriboga Realty LLC, where they serve families across the Houston area. They realized their passion for helping first time home buyers have an advantage by educating them how to analyze the market through their own individual needs assessment. Thus, they create intelligent, savvy home buyers and sellers who enjoy a greater sense of fulfillment during and long after the home buying and selling process.

George graduated with a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and later received the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship to pursue his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. His professional experience includes working as a Systems Design Engineer at GE Automation Systems in Dallas, and Control Systems Engineer at Petron Systems in Houston. He also served as a Focus Group leader in the largest Real Estate Investment Club of Houston where he taught people how to build their portfolio of properties. In 2006, together with his wife and partner Suzanna Chiriboga, they decided to leave their successful careers in the corporate world to pursue their dreams of helping other people to become successful in buying and selling Real Estate.

I love and sell old homes. The Heights with it's old Victorian and Craftsman style homes are my favorite, but there are a lot of cool old neighborhoods surrounding it. Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, Timbergrove Manor. A little further West is Spring Branch. East is the "Hidden Jewel" of Lindale Park.

I live in Woodland Heights in a 1909 house that my kids and I remodeled. These old homes have a character, warmth and quirks not found anywhere else.

If you are looking for a new home you have many close-in areas to pick from: The Heights, Cottage Grove, Shady Acres, Oak Forest have lots of new homes. Styles and price vary by neighborhood.
