A native Houstonian, Alexia uses her 30 years of immense knowledge to exceed clients' expectations. Before her real estate career, Alexia's engaging personality was on display as a flight attendant, bringing comfort and smiles to people worldwide. As a Sam Houston State University alumni, her studies in marketing prepared her for the constant changes within the real estate market. Lisa is a native Houstonian with real estate in her blood, tracing all the way back to her Grandmother and Great Grandmother, who owned several single-family properties in East Houston. Her younger brother is a successful real estate broker (Zarco Realty) and real estate instructor for over 20yrs in the Houston area. Lisa and her husband have been real estate investors with over 1,000 units in multi-family properties since 2016 through out the U.S.

With a successful sales/training and marketing background in corporate America for over 21 years, she truly believes in customer first.
