My name is Josh Arnaud and I am an agent for Realty One Group Iconic. I was born and raised in the great state of Texas. I attended Texas Tech University and graduated with a B.A. in Marketing. I have been involved in the Real Estate Business for the past 7yrs and absolutely love it. I began my career in real estate on the Home/Commercial Inspection side of the business, as co-owner of JMark Inspections, Inc. Being involved in the inspection side of real estate, has given me invaluable knowledge to pass along to my clients, during the buying and/or selling of their properties. Aaron brings a smiling face, friendly enthusiasm, and efficiency to the often bewildering and impersonal world of real estate. Splitting his youth and formative years between the United States and Mexico, Aaron speaks fluent English and Spanish and knows the ins and outs of the real estate industry and market in both countries. From an early age, Aaron took a special interest in both science and business and enjoyed learning about construction and property management from his father. He received a science degree in California in 1995 and went on to become the partner and general manager of a reputable automotive shop. His extensive knowledge in mechanics gave way to a new venture in retrofitting engines on several high performance cars for racing. Meanwhile, Aaron began focusing his interests on creating a real estate agency to help foreigners buy homes in Mexico. With the goal of providing personalized and prompt service where it was previously unavailable, Aaron started Coco Realty in 2005, a Real Estate Company based in the remote and enchanting seaside town of Puerto Escondido, Mexico. Specializing in vacation rentals, property sales and the creation of the necessary bank trusts for foreign owners and investors, he has been commended by peers and online reviewers for being honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and just an all around nice guy. He strives to offer exceptional service based on his clients’ precise needs. To be sure, Aaron helped a British client and now close friend build his dream beach house from what began as a rough sketch on a paper napkin, facilitating all of the necessary elements and guiding him through the entire legal process. I earned my Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, and began my real estate career nearly a decade ago in business brokerage. Prior to entering the real estate industry, I was a small business consultant for over ten years, helping first time business owners establish themselves. I bring my communication and business skills to all my clients to guide them through the real estate process. I am also fluent in Gujarati.

A REALTOR and relocation specialist with more than 20 years in the relocation services industry, with a Global Mobility Specialist designation from the Employee Relocation Council, Stephanie is a 1995 graduate of Northeast Louisiana University with expertise in providing a positive real estate experience for inbound and outbound families and professionals relocating to the Houston Metropolitan area. Her integrity, honesty, accessibility and professionalism are the foundation for her business and relationships.

Outside of real estate, Stephanie raises a family with her husband of more than 20 years in the Spring area and regularly visits her home state of Louisiana.

Lori Carr, Realtor Associate of BHGRE Gary Greene, is a native third-generation Houstonian on both sides who takes pride in being able to provide her clients with the knowledge needed to find the perfect home in Houston. Growing up on a farm in Cypress, she learned the importance of hard work, determination and building relationships. After being a leader in the Corporate Banking world for 8 years, Lori started her Real Estate practice. She brought with her a reputation of integrity, a seamless organized nature and a strict attention to detail. While in banking, she gained knowledge from working on loans, which has tremendously helped her in the real estate industry. Lori has extensive experience with relocation services, remodeling projects, investment properties, staging, and as a listing and selling agent all over Houston and beyond.

Lori, a consistent Top Producer, has been listed in the top of 1% by the National Association of Realtors year after year and was voted as one of the Top 25 Teams and Top Luxury Teams in 2018 by The Houston Business Journal.

She is involved and volunteers on the Speakers Committee and the Souvenir Program Committee with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, the Houston Cattle Baron's Ball with the American Cancer Society, Meals on Wheels, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Houston Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, and the Montgomery County Animal Shelter. As the past Chair in 2012 with the Houston Arthritis Walk, she raised over 100,000 for the Houston Arthritis Foundation and has served on the committee with the Montgomery County Food Bank for the Food for Life Gala.

Lori has lived in The Woodlands for 17 years with her husband, Steven, who has been her #1 fan since the beginning of her real estate career. They are proud parents to their three grown daughters and now grandparents to their first granddaughter. When not selling real estate, she enjoys traveling, cooking, playing golf, gardening, reading, taking their two cocker spaniels, Aspen and Hank on walks, and spending time with her friends and family.

As they say, all start in the family, all is learned in the family. Being daughter of a builder/developer, my childhood memories are all about buildings, floor plans, construction materials, clients and deals.

And that is what I learned in the family and that is how I became a realtor. My formal education followed a path from Political Sciences to International Relations (BA) and then to Public Policy (MA). Early in my professional career, I got into marketing construction materials in international markets. I worked with clients across the world ranging from Taiwan to USA/CANADA, South Africa to Russia, Middle East to Mediterranean countries to Europe. In the meantime, my fortunes took me around. I lived in Sherborne, Oxford, Essex for a short time. I was in New York a couple of years. I enjoyed Iowa more than 20 years and Iowa is where I started real estate. I am a resident of Houston area since 2008 and practicing in The Woodlands, Klein, Spring, Conroe and the surrounding areas.

In this line of work, nothing beats seeing the happiness of the clients in buying their dream homes or selling their major investment in smooth transaction and knowing that I had a role in it. As a full time real estate agent with more than 10 years of experience, I came to know that this is what counts at the end. And what is the most important is: Real Estate with Happy Smiles !
