I have lived most of my life in Houston and the surrounding areas and am very familiar with them. Previously I worked for the State of Texas for 11 years. I have worked as an administrative assistant for a multimillion dollar, nationwide, internationally known dance convention. I have also I worked as a tour director for another dance convention traveling throughout the United States. In this capacity I multitasked, ensuring manifold client and professional performers needs were met as well as working and coordinating with hotel staff. I am detail oriented and meticulous. Your home finding needs are my priority. I welcome the opportunity to meet and serve you. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Spring, Precious has a deep passion for real estate. With experience in both property management and commercial insurance, Precious brings a unique expertise that reflects in her extreme attention to details and fine print. A true people person, Precious loves meeting folks from around the world and has a special ability to make every client feel like her one and only. Being from the West Coast, Precious has helped many families relocate to Texas from California, Arizona, Nevada and other western states. Although Precious has served clients all over Houston, she specializes in helping clients buy and sell homes in Montgomery and north Harris Counties. In her free time, Precious loves traveling back to L.A., feeding the ducks at Northshore Park with her adorable 6-year-old son, and having lunch on the patio at Hughes Landing, Market Street or The Waterway.
