I am one of those rare native Houstonians I was born and raised in the East End of Houston. I married my high school sweetheart and have been happily married since 1986! We raised our 3 daughters in the Oak Ridge North area. As empty nesters we enjoy our time traveling. When not traveling we spend our time with our daughters and one grandson and our rescued Schnauzer mix Frida. I have worked in Real Estate for 21 years. I have been an administrator for a large real estate company. I also have experience as a property manager, assisting first time homebuyers, investors and bilingual clients. Dawn Gervais has been a top producer since choosing real estate as her career in 2005. Prior to real estate, she owned a dental lab specializing in dental/orthodontic appliances for 23 years. Owning her own business gave her the skill set on how to be successful. A driven personality, discipline and great integrity served as great assets in her ownership of a business and have tied beautifully to achieving outstanding status as a realtor.

She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Houston Luxury Home Connection and Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. She is also a Buyer Representative in New Homes. Dawn is an Ambassador for the Halo House Foundation and volunteers for Kid's Meals and Houston's Children's Assessment Center.
When not focusing on her career, Dawn enjoys scuba diving, photography, gardening, traveling and getting together with family and friends dining at Houston's great restaurants. She is married and has two grown daughters.
Born and raised in Houston, a real Houstonian who loves her husband and the real estate business. Attended Texas Southern University and received Bachelor's and Master's degree as well Mid Management certification. Holds a M.Ed. in Reading and a Bachelors in Elementary Education with a concentration in History. A retired Houston ISD teacher (10 years) and Principal (14 years) receiving Principal of the Year for the NW area in 2003. An avid exerciser and enjoys singing in weddings, gospel musicals, church, and special events. Volunteering and serving is a way of life for Bonnie, including working with senior citizens and inner city elementary/middle school students. As a personal birthday celebration, she hosts a senior citizens' tea party each December to honor them and shower blessings. It started when her mother requested a small tea party with 5-10 ladies. It has since grown to over 100 attendees and includes: home cooking, gifts for the attendees and of course a concert by Bonnie. Bonnie chose to get her real estate license and continues to serve her peers, relatives and the public. She offers a heart with tenacity, motivation, dedication and hard-working attributes.
