My name is Jennifer Rodriguez-Walker, Real Estate professional for Walzel Properties, LLC, once Texas Home Group Realtors. I enjoy both positions as a Buyer and Seller's Agent and also have experience as a Relocation Specialist. I am a proud wife, mother and grandmother of 8 and I absolutely love my hometown of Houston since I have lived in the suburbs, Spring/Woodlands area, since 1978. I have witnessed the growth of this beautiful city and am very familiar with the history here.

In the 1990's I began this journey by answering phones and assisting realtors, in a local real estate office. I fell in love with the process as I watched transactions come together and even fall apart. After getting married and having children I decided to join the team per say and became a realtor! I have had the pleasure of meeting so many families and assisting them in making the biggest decision of their lives, purchasing a home and I don't take that lightly. I have also had experience working with Dwellworks Relocation and their Oil and Gas clients, relocating internationally to the Houston and surrounding areas. Welcoming ex-pats into the states has been a very special position for me as they are so new to our country. Born and raised in Houston, a real Houstonian who loves her husband and the real estate business. Attended Texas Southern University and received Bachelor's and Master's degree as well Mid Management certification. Holds a M.Ed. in Reading and a Bachelors in Elementary Education with a concentration in History. A retired Houston ISD teacher (10 years) and Principal (14 years) receiving Principal of the Year for the NW area in 2003. An avid exerciser and enjoys singing in weddings, gospel musicals, church, and special events. Volunteering and serving is a way of life for Bonnie, including working with senior citizens and inner city elementary/middle school students. As a personal birthday celebration, she hosts a senior citizens' tea party each December to honor them and shower blessings. It started when her mother requested a small tea party with 5-10 ladies. It has since grown to over 100 attendees and includes: home cooking, gifts for the attendees and of course a concert by Bonnie. Bonnie chose to get her real estate license and continues to serve her peers, relatives and the public. She offers a heart with tenacity, motivation, dedication and hard-working attributes.
