In 1983 I began my real estate career in Annapolis, Maryland at a commercial leasing office. Since that time I have worked primarily in residential sales in the North Carolina and Texas markets I have been a top-producer receiving numerous listing and selling agent of the month’s award and have been inducted into Prudential’s prestigious Leading Edge Society. I know that the purchase of a home is a major decision. For most people it is the most expensive purchase they will ever make. I do not take this lightly. I realize that my clients have entrusted me with a very important responsibility and that is why I dedicate myself to provide unparalleled quality service to every client. I also have experienced first hand being the trailing spouse in the relocation process more than one time and use this experience to help ensure a pleasant transition for those relocating.

I have been an active member of the Katy community as a cheer coach volunteer, PTO Board Member, swim team Board Member and other community activities. Katja moved from Mexico to The Woodlands in 2010 and received her Real Estate license 4 years later. She moved to Tomball in December 2018 and joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene in January, 2020. She holds a special interest in the Residential real estate market in North Houston and surrounding areas. Katja is also fluent in German and Spanish, from her time spent living in Germany and Mexico, which has been a great tool in her career. She has lived in different countries and cities throughout her life and feels that it has made it easy to identify with clients from all different backgrounds. Katja learned to adapt and to listen to different personalities, which helped her to be open to understanding the different needs of real estate clients. She joined the Houston real estate market in 2014 because moving around had helped her understand how hard and emotional it is to list your home for sale and move to new places. She has a background in Engineering that has given her the skill to be very organized. Her clients love her calm personality and strong negotiation skills. Katja and her husband have three kids. After serving an 18-month-long mission their oldest is now studying at Brigham Young University. Their middle son is has worked as software developer and is serving a mission in the Washington DC area, and her youngest son is a senior in Tomball High School. Her husband has worked in construction as an inspector, warranty specialist, in the pool business, and as a home-builder. A lot of her free time is spent volunteering at her kid's school and church. Katja loves her Real Estate career because it gives her an opportunity to keep learning every day, and the chance to meet new people, as well as helping her clients to fulfill their dream and preparing for new opportunities and adventures. She is grateful to say that many times a friendship has developed with clients, and they have stayed closely connected after closing.

Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She moved from Vancouver, Canada to Houston in 2015 now married and is raising twin girls. Lisa values hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service in everything she does. She strongly believes that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability but also to educate them throughout every step of the process so that they can make the best decisions possible. My years in the HR and Finance industry helped me gain skills to provide the best service to my real estate clients. Besides being a happy full-time mom I am also a yoga teacher and love to hike.

My children attended a total of ten of The Woodlands' world class schools, and I have taught at several.
