Daniel Soto is a native Houstonian who graduated from Texas Tech University after serving 4 years as a US Marine. He began his real estate career working for a public corporate real estate consulting firm helping businesses with strategies to achieve their space needs for the lowest costs. He started buying residential foreclosures as flip homes with friends in Northwest Houston which he renovates, leases, then sells to investors with the option for him to manage the home,
As a Texas Native and current resident of beautiful Montgomery County, I am committed to helping homebuyers find their dream home. Prior to becoming a proud Realtor for CB&A, Realtors, I graduated from Sam Houston State University and worked for my family's local business where customer service is the number one priority. As a Mother of two children, I recognize the importance of finding a house that you can call a home!
After working in the construction industry for over 11 years, I decided to take my passion for helping people realize their dream homes to another level, guiding my clients to find not just a house but a home. I understand the emotions associated with buying and selling a home can be overwhelming, and my goal as your agent is to minimize that unnecessary stress. I will always be an advocate for my clients. My job is to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions for my client and not be swayed by the other parties. The sale of your home is as essential to me as it is to you. That is my commitment to you. I look forward to helping make this process as pleasant and painless as possible and hopefully even a little fun!

Hello, my name is April Auguillard (Awegulard) and I am new the Real Estate industry but not new to helping people find a place to make their own or call their own. Prior to getting my license, I served the student housing market as a Leasing Consultant until I was promoted to Assistant Community Manager. Although being a Realtor differs from property management in many ways, I have the same goal(s) in mind: courteous, concise, and consistent customer service. As a servant leader, it brings me great joy to offer my expertise to assist with the leasing, buying, or selling a home. Please contact via email or phone (for all your residential needs) as I am here to "Help You Improve Your Move".
I moved to The Woodlands in 2002 from Austin, TX in pursuit of love and better job prospects! Lucky for me, both worked out! My wife and I married in 2004 and began building our life together. The Woodlands offered many great opportunities for both personal and professional growth and we quickly integrated into the local community, volunteering regularly at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. I have also been involved with many great local organizations including Veggie Village, CASA, Montgomery County Food Bank, Interfaith and The Woodlands Township. We purchased our first investment property in 2010 and the seeds of our interest in real estate were firmly planted. My wife Debra became a REALTOR® in 2018 and after 20+ years in corporate positions focused on data analysis, business development and client relationship management, I decided to make the jump as well, joining her to help form Sagebird Realty Group. I enjoy yoga, walking my dogs, gardening, hiking and generally spending as much time as possible outside.
