Prior to partnering to establish White & McCraw Realty, I joined the Real Estate industry in 2014 after a 12-year career at an institution of higher education. There, I worked with and through several entities that provided a holistic transition for new arrivals. Later I shifted to another division and coordinated programming for 5 areas where I obtained knowledge and experience in contract negotiation, promotion, organization advisement, and other efforts for presidents and division administrations.
That foundation coupled with my Master of Business Administration has supported my career in Real Estate. In addition to assisting with leases, listings and selling homes, I hold the role as Owner and Office Supervisor at White & McCraw Realty where we ensure new agents are well equipped to provide their clients with best practices, knowledge and preparedness for the various options that can come about when working a transaction.

Yessenia is an associate of Texas Sage Properties and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Realtor that has served clients from all over Texas. Yessenia is a bilingual English/Spanish speaker that has a very good understanding of the Real Estate business. Yessenia has been a realtor for 8 years and has an additional 6 years of experience while working as assistant to the Broker. Yessenia attended MacArthur High School where she graduated with academic honors which included 4th in her class and Magna-Cum-Laude. She is a hard worker and does not stop until she has accomplished her goal. She is a family oriented person, with 4 kids, the oldest being 23 and the youngest 14 years of age. She is happily married and has been for 15 years. She came to Houston when she was 16 years old, in 1997 from Florida. Shortly after graduating from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Finance, I began working with a local mortgage broker and obtained a wealth of knowledge in the residential mortgage and lending industry. From there, I was led to work with a local energy company where I could focus on a corporate position within my degree field of finance. During that time, my level of professionalism and financial knowledge grew as well as my love of real estate as I worked through several personal real estate transactions of my own. Realizing how critical it was to work with true professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries, and how difficult it was to find those true professionals, I was led to launch my own real estate business in 2007.

I live with my husband in Tomball, and we love calling Tomball our home! We are actively involved in our church and school communities with our three children. During our free time, our family enjoys traveling, camping, dining out and spending time at home relaxing.
