Prior to partnering to establish White & McCraw Realty, I joined the Real Estate industry in 2014 after a 12-year career at an institution of higher education. There, I worked with and through several entities that provided a holistic transition for new arrivals. Later I shifted to another division and coordinated programming for 5 areas where I obtained knowledge and experience in contract negotiation, promotion, organization advisement, and other efforts for presidents and division administrations.
That foundation coupled with my Master of Business Administration has supported my career in Real Estate. In addition to assisting with leases, listings and selling homes, I hold the role as Owner and Office Supervisor at White & McCraw Realty where we ensure new agents are well equipped to provide their clients with best practices, knowledge and preparedness for the various options that can come about when working a transaction.
