Yessenia attended MacArthur High School where she graduated with academic honors which included 4th in her class and Magna-Cum-Laude. She is a hard worker and does not stop until she has accomplished her goal. She is a family oriented person, with 4 kids, the oldest being 23 and the youngest 14 years of age. She is happily married and has been for 15 years. She came to Houston when she was 16 years old, in 1997 from Florida. In the last 14 years, Pat successfully transitioned her focus to commercial real estate, overseeing the development of twenty office park projects with more in the pipeline. Collaborating closely with developer clients, she plays a pivotal role in co-designing, marketing, promoting, and managing custom-built offices.

Born and bred Houston girl with deep roots in the country of Texas. I started my real estate career during the market crash in 2008 and more recently spent 8 years in Single Family Property Management. My background in RE required me to be curious, dig deeper to find the answers my Clients need and to never give up. When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my family at home, traveling or listening to live music somewhere.

Sheree joined H.P. Properties in 2016. Sheree specializes in the Houston Inner Loop and near Loop neighborhoods of the Heights, Montrose, Garden Oaks, and Oak Forest, to name a few. She has lived in Houston for 30 years and knows the city well. Her passion is vintage bungalow homes in the Houston Heights, and she has refurbished her own circa 1914 Heights Hindu Bungalow which is on the National Historic Registry. Sheree is an avid recycler and green-space advocate for the Heights. She and her neighbors preserved a large green space between their homes which now includes lush native landscaping and three fountains.

She also organized and filed the minimum lot size and set-back requirements for her block in the Heights to discourage breaking lots into smaller units for development. Sheree has been complimented by her clients for her attention to detail, customer service and genuine concern for clients’ best interests.
