I am a proud native of Houston and a strong woman and mother of four charming boys. One of my favorite things about being a Texan is knowing I come from a loyal and community driven state with a population of friendly and forward thinking people.

As a lifelong Houstonian, Kristen truly enjoys helping clients find their home in this great city. There are so many wonderful areas, each boasting its own unique vibe and culture. After 10+ years of growing two very successful online businesses, Kristen decided to take her love of real estate and passion for serving others and merge the two. Having a husband who is a residential architect, she has learned so much about the process of building, designing, and renovating, that this transition was a natural fit. It is her joy to help someone find just the right property to make a home. She and her husband, Justin, started their family on the North side 18 years ago, and are active members of the community. They love finding new, local restaurants and frequenting the festivals, parades, and concerts that are hosted nearby. With three beautiful (and busy) children, she really loves cheering on her kids at their various sporting and school events and tries to sit down with a good book any chance she gets. Their family really enjoys traveling together and can usually be found on a white sand beach or a ski slope! Born and bred Houston girl with deep roots in the country of Texas. I started my real estate career during the market crash in 2008 and more recently spent 8 years in Single Family Property Management. My background in RE required me to be curious, dig deeper to find the answers my Clients need and to never give up. When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my family at home, traveling or listening to live music somewhere.

I was born in Louisiana, but have lived in the Houston area for 30 years. Before becoming a Realtor, my husband and I bought and sold homes personally and as investments. As a native Houstonian, Olga Martinez-Garza is a seasoned residential agent who brings years of training and experience to assist with all your real estate needs. Olga's dedication to service has directly translated into her real estate practice, and she is committed to fulfilling the mission of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). In 2023, she will serve as the NAHREP Houston Chapter President, focusing on sustainable Hispanic homeownership. Olga served as the lead for the team she co-founded, earning them the distinct recognition of the Circle of Excellence - Diamond Award for their 2022 production.



In March 2023, Olga made the move to Nan and Company Properties, owned by one of her role models, where she hopes to continue to scale her real estate career. Outside of real estate, you can find Olga alongside her husband on the ball field cheering on their kids, who play travel softball and little league baseball. With a degree in business and six years managing his own enterprise, Douglas Monsalve possesses plenty of professional savvy as a Realtor®. But it's his background as a U.S. Marine that continues to drive him forward with the belief that training is a nonstop journey in which there's always a new skill or strategy to learn. He's committed to continual learning and self-improvement. Fluency in Spanish and English helps Douglas meet the needs of everyone in his market. When he's not at the closing table, Douglas enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. On his own time, he pursues recreational fitness and sports for the love of competition and a desire to constantly push himself to even greater heights.
