Carlos Lobo was born in El Salvador, now he is a proud US Citizen and is Bilingual in Spanish and English. At the age of 18, he moved to United States with only 300 looking for the American Dream. He began his journey with attending Lone Star College followed by Ashford University where he earned his B.A. in Education Studies and a minor in Psychology, finishing his journey at The University Of Arizona Global Campus where he earned his M.A. in Education and a Specialization in Child Development (MAED), making him the first generation graduate in his family. Throughout his journey he was a Brand Marketing Manager, Operation Manager, Business Owner and started creating he's personal brand since 2010. In 2022, he joined the Real Estate Industry as a real state agent in the hopes of one day becoming a Broker. In his free time he enjoys spend time with family, mentoring, practicing photography, traveling.

With over 21 years of experience in sales and marketing and having earned the professional designations as a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Luxury Homes Specialist (ALHS), Andrea is a talented Realtor. and home staging is one of her particular gifts – something she began doing for her Sellers long before TV and media made the practice popular. Andrea graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from West Texas A&M University, where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority, and now is an active member of the Chi Omega Mother’s Club. “Active” is a good word to describe Andrea who, beyond her top producing achievements in real estate, dedication to her sorority and her interest in horses, has been active with the Area Real Estate Network since 2002, she has chaired and co-chaired many of its events and committees, is involved in many activities with Second Baptist Church and the Cy-Fair Rotary, and goes on mission trips with E3 Partners-I Am Second.
She and her husband, Scott, a State Farm agent, have two grown daughters - one who is an eye doctor and the other, like her father., has an insurance agency in Austin with her husband. Andrea takes great pleasure in spending quality time with them, her three grandchildren and her dogs, a poodle, a maltipoo and a German shepherd.

Kentesheia 'Sha' Dockery has been in the business for more than 12 years, specializing in residential estates and investment properties. She is also available for consultations with first-time homebuyers, relocations and empty nesters. She grew up in Cypress, Texas, and graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University and the University of Texas at Arlington. Studies included business communications and organizational leadership. Amassing sales of almost a quarter of a billion dollars to date, Marilyn Carson's real estate career began in 1997 as the first agent to join Beth Ferester's new mentor program launched at Ferester & Company in Houston, Texas. Learning from the best, Marilyn quickly went on to receive numerous awards and accolades including the Top 100 Realtors in Houston, top listing agent in Houston's major master planned community, Gleannloch Farms, as well as the Greater Houston Builder's Association Realtor of the Year. In 2014, Marilyn and her husband Clay were relocated to NW Florida's Hwy. 30A, where Marilyn continued her real estate career with Rosemary Beach Realty and later Corcoran Reverie. While living there full time, Marilyn sold over 100 million in luxury real estate and investment properties and has retained her Florida license and is still highly active in 30A real estate to date. In 2019, Marilyn's growing family called her back home to the Houston area where she has reunited with her longtime friend and mentor Beth Ferester. In 2020 her first full year back in The Woodlands, Marilyn was among the top 3 agents at the company and in 2021 she rose to the companies top producing agent. Having grown up in Houston but spending her 20's in Dubai and London, Rayya is proud to call Texas home again and even more proud to be a resident of Creekside, The Woodlands.
Having undergone the stresses of navigating the unprecedented 2020-2022 Real Estate environment in Houston, she thoroughly enjoyed the process and made friends along the way, including other Realtors, inspectors, appraisers, neighbors, escrow officers, and homebuilders.
Seeing beyond the initial aesthetics of beautiful homes, she focused on traffic patterns, length of school pickup lines, inspections (including non-required stucco drilling), access to main fairways during flood events, HOAs, elevation levels in relation to creeks and waterways, drainage work done by MUD or Township after major storms, construction quality (Pex pipes, HVAC zoning and efficiency), and the other details that most people miss. Home Inspections and negotiations are her specialty.
Rayya is committed to continuing education coursework that covers updated legal forms, tax issues, foreign ownership, negotiations and more.
As of 10/14/2022, she is one of 16 licensed Realtors in the North Houston area to attend and pass the test for Residential Mortgage Financing for Realtors.

She graduated from Rice University in 2007.
