I am a highly organized, well-versed, and motivated professional with over 25 years' experience in real estate, and property management. I possess strong consultative experience and expertise in the real estate process especially for first time buyers.

I am a Dedicated Broker Owner with over 25 years in property management, investor and real estate experience. I have managed both local and out of state properties. I have been a licensed Agent since 1996 and a Licensed Broker since 2008. I am also a certified instructor with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

I am an Accredited Buyer Representative, and specializes in working with first time buyers, I have a passion for helping first time buyers find and sustain affordable housing. I also work with investors to procure investment properties and manage those investments for absentee owners. I would love to be your Broker of Choice.

I recently retired from a29 year law enforcement career. . I enjoyed my career because it was exciting and gave me the opportunity to help people. I started working in real estate in 2008 for the same reason. I enjoy helping people meet their needs. I have lived and worked in the Pasadena/Pearland/Clear lake area for the past 25 years. Kathleen McNamara offers over twenty years of experience to home buyers and sellers. She specializes in Houston’s most distinctive inner loop neighborhoods including the Heights, but works successfully with buyers and sellers all over the Houston area. Her track record includes being a top producer and Kathleen provides uncommon expertise in resales, new construction and town homes.

Clients appreciate Kathleen’s patience, attention to detail, and market knowledge. The breadth of quality experience forms the basis for the sound advice she offers.
