I began with a service driven vision - exploit our God-given fiduciary duty, provide for our future generations & grow in community through our client's success.

As a sales professional in various industries, I was driven by the successful relationships attained through insatiable customer service skills. With that opportunity, I developed a high-level of skill set to empower me to serve the people as an entrepreneur.

One morning, my eldest daughter (4 years old at the time) gave me one of those amazing & loving "have a blessed day" hugs as I was opening our front door. Before I stepped outside, she decided to have the following dialogue with me:

Olivia: "Dad, I love you so much!"

Me: "I love you so much too, sweetie!"

Olivia: "Dad, do you have to go to work today?"

Me: "Yes I do, sweetie. You see, I was given the opportunity to support you and our family through my job."

Olivia: "But, why? I like when you stay home with me."

As I got a knot in my throat and felt that "child-like" love God mentions, I held myself together and said:

Me: "Ok, give me a couple of years and I PROMISE I will be home more often. Deal?"

Olivia: "OK, deal!"

Through this powerful conversation with a 4-year old, I started my journey to become an entrepreneur. You see, my daughter didn't just motivate me to come home more often, but she has challenged me to become a Vision-Driven individual. To not settle for only what I feel I am entitled to, but to take what I have today and use it to serve others. You may be familiar with the "Parable of Talents".
