Hey guys. Thanks for coming to my page. Ever since I can remember me and my mom would jump in the car on the weekends and we would go look at homes. After doing this awhile we convinced my dad to buy a couple of properties and he now enjoys the benefits of residual income from them. I grew up in the East Side of Houston. My parents were imigrants from Durango, Mexico. According to my dad he came here for vacation and 46 years later he is still on vacation. I excelled in school and in highschool. Although I always wanted to become an engineer I was stuck between the Navy and Universtiy after graduating HighSchool. I decided to go apply late for University and I took off for a year to Oklahoma. I quickly found out that it wasn't for me so I decided to move back to my hometown and work in the plants and refineries in the construction sector and in the civil department. After doing this for about 18 years I decided to pursue my license and become a Realtor. Sure enough 4 years later I am loving what I do. I love helping first time home buyers pursue their dream of becoming homeowners. It is a thrill to negotiate on behalf of my clients and save them time and money as we go through the process. Houston area born and raised, I have extensive knowledge of the area and am passionate about using my industrial sales background and negotiating skills to get clients into homes they love! I have an engineering degree from Texas A&M and began my career in the oil & gas industry where I worked to improve processes and efficiency. I was quickly promoted into Production Management where I led a team of 35. I eventually transitioned into a technical sales role. Through customer focus, relationship building and consistently working to provide new solutions I was able to help my customers navigate challenging issues to save money and meet their individual business objectives. It was not unusual to have an industrial customer call you in the middle of the night needing assistance and I will bring that same level of dedication to my real estate customers whenever they need it. I'm a born and raised Texan from Fort Worth. My studies took me to Arizona (ASU) and then across the pond to Regensberg, Germany. After college, life took me to many places to visit and live all over the United States, other Continents, and I have the travel bug and love new frontiers. That is why no matter where I go, I always come home to Texas.
