Finding my passion for working with clients and helping them achieve the American dream has been one of the most satisfying feelings of my career.

Julie Martin Dubros is a native Texan. She joined her family at Martin Real Estate with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. Martin Realty opened its doors in 1977. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas State University. As a former teacher, she understands the value of doing ones homework and being prepared. Her artistic training makes her a natural at seeing the potential in a property. She will use her creative talents to help buyers and sellers. I have been actively investing in residential real estate since 2014 and have recently turned my attention to the purchase and sales side of the industry, helping others realize their dreams. My graduate degree in International Management coupled with undergraduate degree in Finance and extensive business experience, has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers, sellers and fellow investors, and effectively marketing my listings. I am honest, hardworking and knowledgeable about the real estate industry and am proud to be associated with an office of top agents at Coldwell Banker United here in The Heights, around Houston and around the country.
