After retiring in 2014, from a 33 year career teaching and coaching in Magnolia ISD , I joined the wonderful world of real estate. Being a life long resident of the Magnolia area, I have valuable knowledge of the local schools, subdivisions, public facilities, and all that makes up the various communities in Montgomery and surrounding counties. I bring all of this knowledge to my clients as I help them find their dream home, or assist them in selling their home. In 2018, we moved to Normangee, TX approx. 75 N of Magnolia. So, I now have a broader area to help you find whatever you are looking for.
I married my high school sweetheart 42 years ago and we have two daughters and 2 grandsons and one granddaughter. We have enjoyed working, playing and raising our children in the Magnolia area and now enjoy chasing the grandchildren around in the Normangee area. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.

Renée Barrett-Gonzales is a domestic and international relocation specialist. A former paralegal, property and project manager, Renée has broad domestic and international experience that crosses multiple industries, including telecommunications, commercial real estate/facility build-out and oil and gas, and has worked with clients from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi, India, Venezuela, Mexico, Canada and US.

A self-described self-starter, she has cultivated her various careers from the ground up, and has developed processes and procedures where none existed and communicated with and trained personnel globally. Renée is a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. A native Houstonian, she is married and has two daughters. A lover of animals, her four-legged children include a Sheep-a-Doodle and rescue Coley/Shepherd mix.

Rosana was drawn to real estate by her abiding interest in homes and people. Still, through her previous career, she developed extensive communication, marketing and organizational skills that clients value and appreciate.

Levelheaded but sensitive, Rosana is persistent when it comes to helping clients through the buying and selling process. She approaches each transaction by listening, asking questions and then helping her clients explore all of their options. She really wants to understand their needs, always seeks feedback, and then responds with the best solution to ensure she keeps meeting and surpassing their expectations.

Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela and fluent in Spanish, Rosana has lived in Houston since 2000. Rosana's son Gabriel Abram was born in 2014 and she describes him as "The love of her life", her greatest motivation and the one who inspires her to be a better human being. Rosana focuses on listing and selling property throughout the Northwest area.

Kristin Guarisco, is a native Houstonian, with a passion for real estate and knowledge of the industry that is unparalleled. Kristin graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business. Prior to real estate, Kristin worked in the commercial construction industry as she is a forth generation construction professional.
