I have been licensed in the state of Texas to sell real estate for the last 42 years. I am a third generation Texan and for the last 38 years I have been a REALTOR in Montgomery County. I have a vast knowledge of the Lake as well as the Conroe/Montgomery/Willis area and enjoy helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. When I am not helping people buying and selling real estate I enjoy tournament water skiing, golf, sports, spending time with my family and working on my ranch.

Courtney is a native Houstonian, born and raised in the Jersey Village area. After graduating from Texas Tech University, she moved inside the loop and enjoys living in the Heights. She is a full-time educator in the Houston Independent School District and truly loves working with children. Courtney developed a passion for real estate growing up with a Realtor as a parent. In 2017, she decided to pursue her own license. Courtney takes a lot of pride in helping her friends and colleagues find the homes of their dreams. Now, with two Realtor-parents, she also takes an active role in assisting her family in each transaction they are involved in. Courtney deeply enjoys connecting with new clients and building lifelong relationships with each person she has the pleasure of working with!
