I like to make this an enjoyable process for all my clients. I meet so many amazing people in this profession. We start out as associates and end up as friends. Those lasting relationships are the foundation of my success.

I am a multi-talented relator and I see opportunity everywhere. My knowledge of the industry is not only a benefit to my clients, but to the profession itself. I founded and operated a data analytics company, so I'm using those skills into building new software for the real estate industry.

My long-term goal is to build an empire through real estate. With a degree in Petroleum Engineering and my entrepreneurial experience, my career path has taken a number of turns, but I believe that being part of a powerhouse real estate team is my calling. I could do a lot of different things, but I love real estate. I think that Dr. Seuss said it best: 'The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.' Knowledge gives us the power of choice, and I choose to be here.

As a husband and father of two, I know just how important it is to make sure that your home, neighborhood and school system is the best in fitting your needs! I was born in Texas and have lived in Northwest Houston my whole life. I have first-hand knowledge of Northwest Houston and the surrounding areas; including neighborhoods, schools, local stores, community events and much more. Dave Davies joined Jacobs Properties at the end of 1996 after a 20 year career in international development. He works with buyers and sellers, focusing on mid-range acreage (5 to 100 acres). He and his wife Tina live in Montgomery and enjoy playing dulcimers.

Rachel is a real estate agent for The Evan Ballew Group. A UTSA graduate and former collegiate athlete, Rachel takes on any challenge life throws her way with grace. After college, Rachel made a name for herself in the insurance industry, working with State Farm and Goosehead Insurance for over 9 years. With this added bonus of experience under her belt, Rachel brings a unique skillset to the real estate field. Rachel specializes in real estate all over Houston, however, she was born and raised in the northern Greater Houston area and still resides there today.
