Bonnie is a native Texan, and she and her husband, Bill, have three children. They have lived in Magnolia since 2021, but have lived in the Greater Houston area for many years. In her spare time, you can find Bonnie being the biggest cheerleader for her kids on the sidelines and the ball fields, being active, and enjoying time in the great outdoors.

I am an avid believer in technology and innovation and make every effort to stay on the cutting-edge of both: I am always looking for better software, new, innovative, and creative ways to serve my customers. I have been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2001 and a licensed Broker since 2007. My family has been in The Conroe area since 1976. In 1984 I graduated from Conroe High School. I graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration where I earned a triple major in Finance, Economics, & Real Estate. After graduating from Baylor— I worked as a Stock Broker for Nine years in Houston, Dallas, Oklahoma City, and London, England.

Specializations

Since 2001, I have specialized in Commercial and Land Real Estate. I worked as a real estate agent marketing the Tax Trust Properties for Montgomery County for 5 years. Working on Tax Trust properties, I became very familiar with the County Records System, Hodge Mason Mapping, FEMA designations, and Property Owner Records.

I served as Assistant Secretary and then Secretary for the Conroe Noon Lions Club.

I served two terms as President of the Lake Conroe Lions Club.

I am the former President of the “Presidents and Secretaries Council” for the Lions Club District.

I am also a Past Master at my Masonic Lodge, Oak Wood Lodge #1444 AF & AM.

I am a Past President of the MWS Association for the 28th Masonic District of the Grand Lodge of Texas.

Hobbies

I am an avid Scuba diver. I earned my first Open Water Instructor rating in 1999. I Managed a Scuba Diving Shop in Dallas then in Houston. Since then I have earned an instructors rating in over 15 specialty diving areas and have certified hundreds of divers.

Born in North Texas, but raised in Florida, Nicole Meador is a Texan at heart. Raised a Cowboys and Gator fan, she graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a Business Administration degree with a minor in Education. Just after moving back to Texas in 2004, she obtained her mortgage and insurance licenses. After a short time, she decided to get her real estate license in 2005. Since then she served as the transaction coordinator for one of the largest real estate teams- Writing / Negotiating/ Closing thousands of transactions, she has experienced almost every scenario you can imagine. Now the Broker/Owner of Clearview Real Estate, she aims to focus on showing HER clients, just how an experienced agent can get the deal to closing!
In her personal life, she enjoys quality time with her husband and children. She is active in her children's school at Montgomery ISD and all their sporting events. Although she has been in Texas for 15 years, she will always remain a true Gators fan.

Jenny is a Native Houstonian, born and raised in Katy. With 18 years of experience helping others and explaining complex concepts as a former teacher in Katy ISD, she developed a deep understanding of people's needs and the importance of effective communication. Jenny obtained her Masters Degree in Counseling, which enables her to provide guidance and support throughout the home buying process and beyond. Jenny invests in her own real estate in Katy and knows firsthand the excitement and challenges that come with this major decision. That's why she believes in using her teaching experience to educate new homeowners; ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way. I am a Native Houstonian and my Mother, Sister and I got our broker's licenses in 1975. At that time, I was one of the youngest women in Texas to have a Broker's license! I represents both buyers and sellers mainly in the North Houston/Conroe/Montgomery area. I specialize in Bentwater Subdivision but am very familiar with the Lake Conroe area as well as The Woodlands. However, being a Native Houtonian, I can help out in most areas.

I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). This designation puts me in touch with 1,000's of other agents across the country that also specialize in homes priced above $500,000. We have an extensive email list to share our listings.

In 2014 my business warranted bringing on a partner, so my husband Steve became a licensed agent and we are now The Watkins Team. Not only is Steve my best friend and husband, we are now working partners!
