Before entering the field of real estate I worked in domestic and international retail for 27 years. My name is Liz Franks and I partner here at Top Guns with my husband, Jason Franks. We have two sons, both graduates of Montgomery High School and currently attending Texas A&M University. I was raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Magnolia High School. I hold a business degree from The University of Texas and a master's degree in Spanish from Texas A&M University. I taught Spanish for many years in Conroe ISD and Montgomery ISD. I enjoy riding horses, playing pickle ball, hiking in the Texas Hill Country, and collecting Mid-Century Modern furniture and art.
