Catherine is a Realtor serving Montgomery County and North Harris County. She has lived in the area for the past 26 years and raised her family here. Born in North Texas, but raised in Florida, Nicole Meador is a Texan at heart. Raised a Cowboys and Gator fan, she graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a Business Administration degree with a minor in Education. Just after moving back to Texas in 2004, she obtained her mortgage and insurance licenses. After a short time, she decided to get her real estate license in 2005. Since then she served as the transaction coordinator for one of the largest real estate teams- Writing / Negotiating/ Closing thousands of transactions, she has experienced almost every scenario you can imagine. Now the Broker/Owner of Clearview Real Estate, she aims to focus on showing HER clients, just how an experienced agent can get the deal to closing!
In her personal life, she enjoys quality time with her husband and children. She is active in her children's school at Montgomery ISD and all their sporting events. Although she has been in Texas for 15 years, she will always remain a true Gators fan.

Originally from Costa Rica, Jazmin moved to the United States in 2014 and settled in Houston in 2022 before deciding to become a Realtor in 2023. Jazmin's areas of specialization include both sides of real estate, focusing on providing top-notch service to both sellers and buyers. When meeting with her clients, her ability to connect with people and listen to their stories helps her tailor her real estate services to their needs. Melissa is a 3rd Generation Real Estate Agent and proud to be a part of this wonderful area in Texas! She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's degree in English, and Minor in Mass Communications. She enjoyed teaching elementary and middle school students for several years. Not only did this give her ample experience in paying attention to the details and multitasking, it gave her an inside look to the wonderful schools and families that reside within Montgomery County!
Melissa and her husband, David, were both raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Magnolia High School. They have been blessed to continue their family legacy here, raising their children close to grandparents and in the community that they have loved for so long. In their spare time they enjoy giving back to the community through local schools and church, spending time with family, and attending local events.

Bonnie is a native Texan, and she and her husband, Bill, have three children. They have lived in Magnolia since 2021, but have lived in the Greater Houston area for many years. In her spare time, you can find Bonnie being the biggest cheerleader for her kids on the sidelines and the ball fields, being active, and enjoying time in the great outdoors.
