A Little About Me-

My interest and passion for Real Estate began in the early 1990's, when my husband and I were beginning the search for our first home. Since then, we have moved 6 times and lived in 4 cities in Texas. Four of these moves included building our new home. I just love the process and, yes, we are still happily married!



In the early 2000's, we continued our Real Estate adventure and purchased, remodeled and flipped 2 properties in the North Houston area. I would have to say that our very latest endeavors have been my favorite, so far. In 2019, we purchased a 1913 historic cottage, in Galveston, and completely remodeled it. We maintained the historic features and charm of the home, while bringing it up to date with all the modern conveniences. The home was featured on the GHF Historic Home Tour in 2021. We are now working on a 1900 Storm Survivor, that will hit the market soon! Having lived on the island in my youth, I grew to love everything about Galveston. I want to share that love and experience with others and can't wait to help you find your perfect Island home.

Jonny's deep understanding of the Houston market and real estate finance comes from his Texas roots and his degree in Economics from Texas A&M University. He began his career at the age of 23 and has earned a reputation as a knowledgeable and reliable broker.

Methodical and detail-oriented, Jonny prioritizes providing value to his clients. He believes your largest investment deserves professional care and is committed to protecting your interests throughout the process.

Jonny currently resides in Spring with his wife, Kirsten, and their three children. He is involved in the Delta Tau Delta Alumni network, his church community, and is an avid bass guitarist.

I was born and raised in Mississippi before I moved to Texas in the early 80's. In 2000 I graduated from Texas A&M University. I live on Lake Conroe which I absolutely love. I am a mother to a wonderful son, a beautiful daughter, and a wife to my husband for over 14 years.

I enjoy being with my family; especially doing outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing. Before I became a Realtor I was a teacher for 6 years. I became a Realtor because there is no greater joy helping a client find there very first home, dream home, or the perfect vacation home.

Ashley Fluitt brings her experience as a Industrial construction worker. Prior to becoming a Realtor she worked very hard and long hours helping build and set the equipment needed for companies to run smoothly. She learned how to work well under pressure, workout random hiccups in the way, deal with long days away from home, and pay close attention to detail.



As your real estate agent, Ashley will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration, and CB&A, realty's superior marketing materials. Ashley understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time real estate agent, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. She will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need her.



Ashley has been a Houstonian resident a while now and she recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Houston and all surrounding areas.



When not assisting clients, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband Patrick and their kids, enjoying anything outdoors, the gym, and traveling.

I began my real estate journey over 20 years ago in real estate education, counseling, marketing and sales, managing one of the largest real estate schools in Texas. My passion is educating and helping my clients make the right financial decision. A few years ago, I decided to step away from educating agents and devote my time and knowledge to help my clients with their real estate needs.
