I have over 20 years' experience in the Real Estate industry. I started my career in Real Estate as a receptionist with Forest & Associates Realtors in the Champions area of Houston in 1996. I continued my Real Estate career when I moved to the Bryan/College Station area where I worked as an Office Manager for Century 21 Beal. In 2001 I received my Real Estate license and was a licensed assistant for a top agent at Century 21 Beal. In 2003 I relocated to the Conroe area making Montgomery County my home. I furthered my Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors as a Relocation Coordinator in the Relocation Department earning the prestigious USAA Eagle Award. In 2005 I started the In-House Inventory Department where I acquired my vast knowledge of Relocation transactions and Foreclosure/REO sales. In 2014 I transitioned to the Woodlands Office with Coldwell Banker United and I continued to work with buyers and sellers. Throughout my career I have become a professional in the Real Estate industry and I was highly regarded by my clients, other agents and other professionals in the industry. As the Sales Manager with Century 21 Realty Partners, my goal is to help new agents with training, mentoring and coaching to kick start their career in Real Estate career and to help agents that have been in the business awhile take their Real Estate business to the next level. My daughter and I have lived in the Magnolia community for the last 13 years. We fell in love with the Magnolia area the first time we drove through and couldn't wait to purchase a home here. What a great decision! I have been in real estate as long as I can remember in one way or another. I have been designing and decorating homes for over 20 years. I chose to stop teaching and began my dream of purchasing and remodeling homes. Some we rented and some we flipped. I then decided to attend appraisal school to further my knowledge of the real estate market. Although I never became an appraiser, the knowledge and tools I gained have helped me navigate through the market with pricing and where money spent can be most beneficial. I began designing remodels and found so much joy in this. I continue to do this as I love to find new life in a home that has been left behind in the current market- a diamond in the rough. I became a certified home stager in the next few years so I could add more knowledge to my love of all things real estate. Moving furniture around, adding a few new pieces of decor and putting finishing touches on a home can make all the difference in how someone sees your most loved and valuable asset. Making someone's home look its absolute best gives me great joy!I have extensive knowledge in construction and can help my clients see changes that can be made when they love a home but have concerns about some the features or lack of. I have been called in by realtors to help their clients see what changes could be made to see if they could be happy in a home they are considering. I have also assisted family's who have decided on new construction. I review plans, suggest changes and work with the architect to make the changes as well as help in the design center choosing finishes.

Growing up in a military family, Arch moved homes every few years and understands the stresses and complexities of finding a new home and transitioning into a new community. In the late 1990s, Arch settled in The Woodlands, TX, and has since called it home. Over the last two decades, he has experienced the remarkable transformation of the Township, including the development of The Woodlands Waterway, large corporations moving into the area, the accompanying increase in jobs, and real estate development. Arch earned a degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has more than 15 years of experience in Investments, Finance, Marketing and Business Development within the Engineering, Construction, and Oil and Gas industries. This knowledge, coupled with living in The Woodlands area for more than 20 years, provides him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team's listings.
