Heather Leidelmeyer is a Real Estate investment specialist who has proven experience in acquisitions, rehabbing and property management. She knows how to assess properties needing repairs, determine the costs to make improvements and get a property ready for a thorough preinspection – a skill at which she excels. Before becoming a Realtor, Heather owned a hospitality sales firm for 11 years where she worked with architects and designers in making design decisions on a large scale. She gained the ability to listen to her customers and to address their wants with the appropriate solutions. She learned how to stage properties from working with designers which benefits her clients and gives her an advantage over other Realtors. Later she worked for one of the nation's leading property investment firms. She was the Houston market team leader who was responsible for helping acquire properties, supervising rehabs, and overseeing all management of the properties for the firm's individual investors.
Born in Kansas, Heather has lived in Houston most of her life. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston. Her love for Real Estate began when she worked with a commercial investor and developer when she was in high school. In college, she took Real Estate courses and worked for a commercial property management firm. She officially joined the industry when her husband opened a property management company based in The Woodlands and has benefited from the advice of her mother-in-law who is a successful Real Estate investor.
Heather and her husband reside in Magnolia, Texas with their active teenage daughter and son. She spends most of her free time attending sporting events and cherishing family time.
