Claude Humbert started his Real Estate career through the financing side of the industry, as a Texas Licensed loan officer in 2003. He obtained his Real Estate license in 2007. Attention to details, being a listener and knowing how to negotiate are some of the skills gained from over 25 years in the engineering field. Originally from Belgium, Claude humbert has been in the US since 1985 and in The Woodlands area since 1992. Throughout his engineering career, Claude has been traveling and relocating many times around the world and, therefore, he understands first hand the difficulties involved in moving your family across town, state, country or continent! After graduation at Florida State University Brian launched his real estate career by investing in the Florida housing market, successfully flipping houses. Brian began his career as a REALTOR with Keller Williams in Florida where he specialized in Residential Real Estate. In 2012 Brian made the transition from the Florida Real Estate Market by moving to The Woodlands, Texas and expanding his Real Estate Business.
