Claude Humbert started his Real Estate career through the financing side of the industry, as a Texas Licensed loan officer in 2003. He obtained his Real Estate license in 2007. Attention to details, being a listener and knowing how to negotiate are some of the skills gained from over 25 years in the engineering field. Originally from Belgium, Claude humbert has been in the US since 1985 and in The Woodlands area since 1992. Throughout his engineering career, Claude has been traveling and relocating many times around the world and, therefore, he understands first hand the difficulties involved in moving your family across town, state, country or continent! On-going education is as necessary in the Real Estate industry as it was in the engineering field. Claude currently has the following designations: ABR, SFR, CDPE, CIAS, CIPS and TAHS. He also became a member of REbuildUSA and earned their 203k Specialist designation. For over 15 years, Claude has been an active member of the South Montgomery County/The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce (The Chamber) and working with different committees; more recently, he was an active member of the Rayford Road Civic Association. He currently serves as a Director on the board of a local Municipal Utility District. Claude is also an active volunteer in the swimming community. I was born and raised in the Houston area. After a lengthy home search in various communities around Houston, myself, my husband and two kids landed in the Magnolia area in 2008. Our goal in our home search was to find a forever home for our family to grow with, and create wonderful lifetime memories. Magnolia was the perfect landing place for us, and we have thoroughly enjoy living in the Magnolia area.

My former position as a client service director for one of the nation’s top veterinary specialty practices gave me years of experience in assisting people in emotionally stressful situations. And although buying or selling a home is hopefully a happier venture than a critically ill pet, it still can come with stress.

To ensure a successful experience, I utilize my talent for guiding people through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as my skill and experience in negotiating, understanding and explaining contracts, and remaining calm under pressure. My motivation for a career change to the field of real estate evolved from my passion for the housing market and helping people achieve their personal goals. After graduation at Florida State University Brian launched his real estate career by investing in the Florida housing market, successfully flipping houses. Brian began his career as a REALTOR with Keller Williams in Florida where he specialized in Residential Real Estate. In 2012 Brian made the transition from the Florida Real Estate Market by moving to The Woodlands, Texas and expanding his Real Estate Business. In 2013 Brian launched his real estate team, which became one of the top 10 Real Estate Teams at his brokerage.

Brian is a family man devoted to his wife Holly, daughter Averie and two dogs Cooper and Hudson. Brian and his family love to travel and take every opportunity to visit new and exciting places.
