After graduation at Florida State University Brian launched his real estate career by investing in the Florida housing market, successfully flipping houses. Brian began his career as a REALTOR with Keller Williams in Florida where he specialized in Residential Real Estate. In 2012 Brian made the transition from the Florida Real Estate Market by moving to The Woodlands, Texas and expanding his Real Estate Business. In 2013 Brian launched his real estate team, which became one of the top 10 Real Estate Teams at his brokerage.
Brian is a family man devoted to his wife Holly, daughter Averie and two dogs Cooper and Hudson. Brian and his family love to travel and take every opportunity to visit new and exciting places. If Brian is not cheering on his alma mater in his spare time you can usually find him on the Woodforest Golf Course perfecting his game.
Greg Holcombe is a licensed professional realtor whose goal is to provide customer service that is worthy of your trust. He is a knowledgeable, personable, efficient and economically responsible agent with solutions to each client's real estate needs. Greg has nearly 30 years experience in a combination of homebuilding and real estate transactions, which include custom building, residential sales, project analysis, foreclosures/rehab projects, historic renovation, ranch/agriculture, site selection, design and development, leasing/property management and construction.
His sales experience consists of family homes, 3000 acre operating ranches, urban horse farms, estates, free-standing retail, new construction custom family homes, small shopping centers, office buildings, a variety of commercial/industrial properties, waterfront homes, and multi-family housing.
Greg is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Texas Association of Realtors. Knowing that economic development is important to our growing community, Greg holds a position on the advisory board and is also a founder of the Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce. He also holds the county judge appointed position of President for the Emergency Service District Montgomery County #3 Board.
Along with the committees he serves on, he also devotes time volunteering for several 501c3 organizations. The first being Texans United For Freedom (TUFF), which benefits veterans and their families. Greg serves as President and one of the original founding members. The second volunteer organization is the Montgomery County Fair Association which is a scholarship program for students with or without fair projects. After continuous years of volunteer service the fair association has awarded him with the status of being a Lifetime Member.

I have over 20 years' experience in the Real Estate industry. I started my career in Real Estate as a receptionist with Forest & Associates Realtors in the Champions area of Houston in 1996. I continued my Real Estate career when I moved to the Bryan/College Station area where I worked as an Office Manager for Century 21 Beal. In 2001 I received my Real Estate license and was a licensed assistant for a top agent at Century 21 Beal. In 2003 I relocated to the Conroe area making Montgomery County my home. I furthered my Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors as a Relocation Coordinator in the Relocation Department earning the prestigious USAA Eagle Award. In 2005 I started the In-House Inventory Department where I acquired my vast knowledge of Relocation transactions and Foreclosure/REO sales. In 2014 I transitioned to the Woodlands Office with Coldwell Banker United and I continued to work with buyers and sellers. Throughout my career I have become a professional in the Real Estate industry and I was highly regarded by my clients, other agents and other professionals in the industry.
