Heather Leidelmeyer is a Real Estate investment specialist who has proven experience in acquisitions, rehabbing and property management. She knows how to assess properties needing repairs, determine the costs to make improvements and get a property ready for a thorough preinspection – a skill at which she excels. Honest, responsive, and hardworking with a focus on the commercial and luxury markets, Heather takes the time to get to know her clients and find out what matters most to them so that she can keep their best interests at heart throughout their transactions.

Before becoming a Realtor, Heather owned a hospitality sales firm for 11 years where she worked with architects and designers in making design decisions on a large scale. She gained the ability to listen to her customers and to address their wants with the appropriate solutions. She learned how to stage properties from working with designers which benefits her clients and gives her an advantage over other Realtors. Later she worked for one of the nation's leading property investment firms. She was the Houston market team leader who was responsible for helping acquire properties, supervising rehabs, and overseeing all management of the properties for the firm's individual investors.

Born in Kansas, Heather has lived in Houston most of her life. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston. Her love for Real Estate began when she worked with a commercial investor and developer when she was in high school. In college, she took Real Estate courses and worked for a commercial property management firm. She officially joined the industry when her husband opened a property management company based in The Woodlands and has benefited from the advice of her mother-in-law who is a successful Real Estate investor.

Heather and her husband reside in Magnolia, Texas with their active teenage daughter and son. She spends most of her free time attending sporting events and cherishing family time.

I have over 20 years' experience in the Real Estate industry. I started my career in Real Estate as a receptionist with Forest & Associates Realtors in the Champions area of Houston in 1996. I continued my Real Estate career when I moved to the Bryan/College Station area where I worked as an Office Manager for Century 21 Beal. In 2001 I received my Real Estate license and was a licensed assistant for a top agent at Century 21 Beal. In 2003 I relocated to the Conroe area making Montgomery County my home. I furthered my Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors as a Relocation Coordinator in the Relocation Department earning the prestigious USAA Eagle Award. In 2005 I started the In-House Inventory Department where I acquired my vast knowledge of Relocation transactions and Foreclosure/REO sales. In 2014 I transitioned to the Woodlands Office with Coldwell Banker United and I continued to work with buyers and sellers. Throughout my career I have become a professional in the Real Estate industry and I was highly regarded by my clients, other agents and other professionals in the industry. As the Sales Manager with Century 21 Realty Partners, my goal is to help new agents with training, mentoring and coaching to kick start their career in Real Estate career and to help agents that have been in the business awhile take their Real Estate business to the next level. Welcome to the Jennifer Christmas WorkShop. Yes, you read that right my last name IS Christmas and the WorkShop is where I WORK and SHOP to make your home buying/selling dreams come true.

My experience hasn't always been in real estate. However, with a lengthy customer service background as well as managing a busy family it has allowed me to hone my skills. Multi-tasking, communication, negotiating, being the calm in the storm are some of my strong suits but I am most proud of the relationships I build.

I wasn't born in Texas (nor the North Pole) but as the adage goes, I got here as fast as I could. After marrying a United States Marine, we moved our family to the Montgomery County area in 1997 and didn't look back. God bless Texas!
