I am a new realtor, but not new to the area. I was born and raised here in Houston, TX. I believe in an upfront no-nonsense approach to real estate. I take ongoing classes to stay current with the real estate industry. I work with sellers, buyers, tenants, landlords and investors. Residential and commercial real estate. I have strong ties to our community and Conroe ISD schools. I am passionate about Christ and my family. We enjoy the outdoors, family gatherings, and cooking together.

Lonnie Bradford was a transaction coordinator for 4 years for a real estate agent. She was responsible for reviewing all listings and contracts for accuracy and to insure all required documents were completed. Prior to that, she retired from Stewart and Stevenson after 17 years where she progressed over the years with hard work and dedication to her job as Branch Manager.

Lonnie obtained her Real Estate License in October of 2021. She will work just as hard for her clients as she has done throughout her career with enthusiasm and dedication.

She loves the outdoors. Whether it is hunting with her husband of 41 years or fishing, or just spending time outdoors with family and friends.

I have lived in the east Houston area for about 30 years and for about 20 of those years I worked in different areas of the legal field, including real estate. Through that experience I bring to my clients, ethics, attention to detail and excellent customer service and my commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. Most important to me is providing the highest level of service to my clients in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. As your full-time realtor, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to my client's wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. My clients can count on me any time of day when they have questions or concerns. When I'm not with my clients, or tending to their real estate needs, you can find me enjoying time with my family. I am a proud Mom, Nana and wife. We raised our three children, in Liberty and Chambers County, and now I have three granddaughters and one grandson. My oldest son is in the oil industry, my daughter is a teacher in Dayton ISD and my youngest is in the Army. My family's roots are here and I want to do my part to see my grandchildren grow in an area that they can be proud to say "this is home".

Lionel is a 23 year veteran of the United States Air force who has earned an Associate's Degree in Construction Technology at Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), and also a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Bellevue University (BU) of Nebraska. He has earned many Designations and Certifications that he is proud of while serving in the military.

As a result of his years of experience leading people and his civil engineering background, he have acquired the understanding of working hand-in hand with people during negotiations with the gold of helping them reach the results they desire. He loves meeting and establishing relationships with people from all walks of life and helping them with one of the most important decisions they will ever make.
