Growing up, I was exposed to construction, business transactions, and management of rental properties. My parents had a construction company, as well as a few rental properties that I would help with. I quickly became passionate about real estate and truly enjoyed helping others. Those early experiences taught me responsibility, perseverance, and dedication. Customer service is second nature to me, and I dove right into it as an adult. I was in property management for 10 years and became highly skilled in negotiating contracts and handling challenging asset and client matters. I also honed the ability to navigate seamlessly through crucial, high-pressure situations. Alongside my market knowledge, I have over a decade of experience in negotiating and problem solving. I moved to the Lake Conroe/Woodlands area in 2007 from Illinois with my husband and our three children. Once my kids were in school full time and after a few years as a pre-k teacher in Montgomery, I decided to get my real estate license, which was a career I always thought I would enjoy and I have enjoyed it since 2016!

I particularly like working with first time homebuyers and seniors looking to downsize or anyone wanting to start a new chapter in a new home. I'm committed to placing the goals of my clients before anything else and providing the highest level of service by being knowledgeable in the current market and providing good counsel when choosing a listing price or making an offer on a home. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends playing games and/or eating good food. I also enjoy listening to music and reading.

Houston has been my home since 1990 and I would not want to live anywhere else. Brandi was born in Alabama, but moved to Liberty County with her family where she grew up before graduating from Dayton High School. After graduating high school Brandi attended Texas School of Business where she graduated as a certified medical assistant. Brandi built her career in the medical field for 15 years. Brandi received recognition throughout her medical career for her work, including an award from the Chamber of Commerce for her excellent patient care. Brandi also spent many years involved with the Future Farmers of America and the Humble ISD Rodeo. After leading the organization for four years, Brandi has taken a volunteer role with the Humble Rodeo Committee and helps with the cook off, sponsorship and entertainment ticket sales. With her great customer service skills and heart for serving others paired with a keen eye for style and trends, Brandi is eager to help you find your next home. Her ability to envision a property's potential is also an added bonus for clients looking at a fixer upper or even to build from the ground up. Brandi and husband Paul have one daughter, Bailey, and stay busy with their volunteer work in the community. Brandi and Bailey volunteer at a Kingwood retirement community, hosting karaoke and providing entertainment for the residents' social events.
