I am a full time, professional REALTOR, here to help you with your real estate investments. In Mexico I worked as an attorney but my real passion is in real estate. I earned my real estate license early in 2016 and I now work for JLA Realty, one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the Houston area, with more than 600 agents. Damico was born and raised in Lake Charles Louisiana and made his way to the Houston area shortly after high school. His passions include: family, sports, working with youth and giving back to his local church. His wife of over 20 years, is a beautiful mother of 3 amazing children. She is an educator and a proud graduate of Barbara Jordan H.S.



Damico has a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston Downtown and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Sam Houston State. He is also an educator and became a Realtor to prepare for life after the educational system.



Although he finds enjoyment in negotiating and marketing homes, his true desire is to provide the best experience possible to his clients as they prepare to make their life changing decision. When he is not selling real estate, volunteering or educating students, you will more than likely find him on a date night with his wife, indulging in some sort of game with the kids, watching ESPN, or taking a nap.

Dwayne Perryman Jr. is a licensed Texas Realtor affiliated with Texas United Realty. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of West Alabama, and he's also an alumnus of UWA's football program, proudly supporting the Tigers. Beyond his professional life, Dwayne is an active member of his community and his church, where he serves as a Youth Pastor. He is a dedicated husband to his lovely wife and a loving father to four beautiful children. Dwayne has gained recognition in the real estate industry, being featured in Houston's Real Producers Magazine as part of a realtor team and in Voyage Houston as an individual agent.
